Order placement Monday & Tuesday. Deadline for NCI is Monday 11/17/08. Deadline for all others with no late fee is Tuesday 11/18/08 at 5:00 pm.

Christmas 12/24-12/25/2008 (Wednesday & Thursday):

No Receipt of Animals 12/22/08 - 12/26/08. Please order any animals needed for use in this week to be delivered the preceding week (12/15/08 - 12/18/08).

New Year's Eve 12/31/2008 (Wednesday)

No Receipt of Animals 12/29/08 - 1/2/09. Please order any animals needed for use in this week to be delivered the week of 12/15/08 - 12/18/08.

Orders will be placed throughout the time period of 12/22/08 - 1/2/09 for delivery the week of 1/5/09 - 1/8/09. Deadline for NCI is Monday, 12/29/08. Deadline for placement of all other orders with no late fee is Tuesday 12/30/08 at 3:00 pm.

New Year's Day  1/1/2009 (Thursday)

Order placement as usual. Shipment in may be delayed.

Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday 1/19/2009 (Monday)

Order placement as normal. Shipments from Charles River, Harlan, NCI, and Jackson Laboratories may be delayed.

Memorial Day 5/25/2009 (Monday):

Order placement as normal. Shipments from Charles River, Harlan, NCI and Jackson Laboratories may be delayed.

Independence Day 7/3/2009 (Friday):

Order placement moved back by one day.
Deadline for orders to be received 7/6/09 - 7/9/09 is Wednesday, 7/1/09 at 3pm.
Shipments from Harlan or The Jackson Laboratories may be delayed.

Labor Day 9/7/2009 (Monday):

Order placement as normal. Shipments from Charles River, Harlan, NCI and Jackson Laboratories may be delayed.

Inclement Weather: Animals are not shipped by air during severe weather. This particularly applies to animals from the Jackson Laboratories and Charles River Labs. If extreme (hot or cold) weather is forecasted, please take not of the possibility for delayed shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: The FINAL SHIPMENT OF ANIMALS FOR 2008 will be the the week of December 15-18. Deadline for these orders will be Thursday 12/11/2008 at 3pm.
