DAR Researcher Yearly Refresher Lecture
In accordance with the IACUC Education and Training policy and The Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, DAR offers training to fulfill the annual continuing education requirement for research personnel. This training will include updates on procedures, policies and services that are relevant to the animal user. The lecture format will provide the most current information, but an online version is available for convenience.
The three options for completing this training are:
- The class is offered at DAR on the fourth Monday of every month at 10:00 a.m. Registration is through ELMS. Attendees should meet in the DAR main office on the first floor of the Whitehead Biomedical Research Building.
- A DAR Training Coordinator can present the lecture to an individual lab or department. Email the training department at email@example.com to schedule a time that is convenient for your group.
- An online version is available via ELMS. Log into ELMS via Peoplesoft and search the catalog for the DAR Refresher. Once located, select the online version, select "enroll" and then "launch" the presentation from your training plan.
